We do not set a fixed number of training sessions; we will always make sure you are happy using XfE and will always tailor the training to you and your team.
Support
Support is available through our ticketing system. This support is delivered via a callback, email, meeting or video depending on your query. Average resolution time is under two hours. Support is always available within normal office hours.
Catch up meeting
After you have been using XfE for a few months we will arrange a catch-up meeting to go over any content you need a refresher on. These sessions ensure that you are maximizing the efficiencies a new system should bring.

We are all about building relationships and can offer regular check in meetings to assist with your technology journey.
